CatholicCare Wollongong

CatholicCare supports children and adolescents who have often had to face serious issues at a young age and are now in need of a safe, nurturing, stable and positive environment that a foster family can provide.

Many foster children have complex needs when entering care and special attention is needed around their mental health, behavioural and emotional needs. The relationship between the foster carer and the child is paramount to how their special needs are dealt with.

Foster carers receive full training, regular support by experienced caseworkers and a financial allowance.

Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Macarthur and Southern Highlands areas.
